Methuen Disability Alert Form Change

Methuen Special Education Parent Advisory Council is happy to have as their guest Police Officer Mark Aiello for the Oct. 24 SEPAC meeting, which runs 7 to 9 pm at the Timony Grammar School Auditorium.
Aiello met with various parents and a few questions led to the reworking of the Disability Alert Form.  He will be presenting the new form and explaining how it works to help police be better informed about children in an emergency.
Timony school nurse Sarah Dedrick will discuss general information on all types of disabilities and medical issues, such as food allergies, diabetes, and more complicated issues.  She will also touch base on a 504 Plan verses a medical form.
